laFeltrinelli is a big Italian chain — the Barnes & Noble of Italy — and this branch is a good one: a deep Italian selection, a proper Rome section, and a good English-language section too. There is a cat sanctuary in the ruins right outside, as well as the spot where Julius Caesar was killed.
