Neapolitan pizza taken seriously, out in Flaminio a few streets from the MAXXI. Francesco Calò mixes his own blend of flours and you can taste it in the crust: light, blistered, chewy in the right places. The room is dark wood and green velvet, and the wine list is as serious as the pizza, which is why they call it an enopizzeria. Book at the weekend, and walk over to Pico Gelato afterwards.
