Sicilian gelato in Prati, one block off Via Cola di Rienzo. They whip it in front of you as you order, so it comes out soft and creamy, and pistachio under stracciatella is the order I keep coming back to. They do Sicilian cakes and small pastries to take away as well. A good reward after the Musei Vaticani, which are a short walk away.
